Website Designers? Can anyone tell me how Yahoo makes those flash ads that move around the entire webpage?

I’m looking all around the internet, and would love to learn how to do the technique. Please let me know. Or the thing that they do when the ad is over, and it shrinks, and the rest of the website shrinks as well. Thanks

Just to add my 2 cents, most usability studies will warn you not to do ads that move all over the place and take up varying amounts of screen real estate.

    well… They either know some kind of special code, or they use a flash program deisgner. They can be bought cheaply on line.
