Run the full scanner, then at the end of the scan it asks you to set it running full time.

Think twice about setting it to run in the background as it could be another thing to slow you down. However, it may be worth while if you have no other security programs running.

I personally run Norton 360 which is full internet security and run superantispyware when I want to.

So if you don’t have a decent internet security program then perhaps run the superantispyware with your antivirus in the background.

If you sick of antivirus programs that don’t work perhaps run onecare full time and run superantispyware whenever.

See if you treat the developer as an employee or as an independent contractor. An independent contractor gets 1099-misc and you do not need to withhold taxes.

Chuck does not know what he is talking about! There is nothing wrong with tabulated layout, contrary to what many mis-informed and prejudiced so-called web developers say! They are reliable and work the SAME WAY ON ALL browsers, which is definitely NOT the case for DIVs. (Take the "Table v Divs Challenge" at http://www.web2coders.com. 41 weeks on offer, 125 attempts and NOT ONE correct answer – not even close. I have the answer, but it took me a long time to achieve it, and even now, I have to correct it for IE8!!!).

Apart from that, becomming a successful Web Design Company is another matter!
The competition is a cut-throat, as anyone with 3 days experience in Dreamweaver THINKS he/she is home and dry! It takes YEARS of experience to become good (and it is getting more difficult by the day, as new languages, new requirements, new problems are added daily).
You need to excel at graphics (be a top class artist) to climb out of the masses of graffiti designers and template users.
You need to be excellent at marketting (otherwise the sites you develop will simply NOT sell)
You need to be a top programmer, aware and fluent in MANY languages (that requires many years of practice).
And, finally, you need to be a businessman to manage all of that!
Since you ask about "tables", you are probably a gentle and hopeful beginner. You have a VERY long way to go, but my best wishes are with you…
