What in your opinion is the best freeware Registry cleaner?

I have been using REGCURE for years on my Win XP system and just thought that I could save some money if somebody out there had some reliable information that they could share… Thanks…

    Tip:* If using more than one utility, always restart after using each utility to see if there are any errors so that you will know which utility caused the problem. Otherwise you may run 10 different programs and not know which caused the problem.
