Will deleting their keys help me get rid of these P2P and adware files in my computer?

I have a couple of adware and P2P files that my anti-spyware wont delete because of some of licence or agreement. My antispy tells me their registar key location (it just says key and then location).

Well, I found these key files and was wondering if by deleting them I can get rid of these adwares?

Sure worth checking out. Deleting the key files wont harm your computer.
If that doesn’t work just try running your anti-adware in Safe-Mode.

that is weird. Try a better anti spyware program such as:
spybot: http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download/index.html
a2Free: http://www.emsisoft.com/en/software/free/
